      I usually don't put links to businesses on this site but this one impressed me so much I thought they deserved the listing. It has been a really long time since I have seen the personal service they give and has to be one of the best companies to work with when it comes to professionalism. The company is Usedcisco.com and is the world's largest online network hardware outlet, providing its customers with the largest inventory of refurbished Cisco routers and switches. This site is the first of its kind, an outlet store offering the "click to buy" format for network hardware products. They have the largest inventory of used Cisco routers and switches available with immediate delivery from their 45,000 Sq ft distribution facility in Oklahoma City, USA. Each unit is fully tested and certified to be functionally comparable to new and carries a full One Year Warranty.

    Dell support is about the worst I have ever tried to work with.

      For two weeks they have tried to get a phone number and personal information instead of answering a question for me. I have come to the conclusion that Dell Support isn't there to help anyone but to collect personal information and thus they have become a pain in my butt sending me daily emails wanting personal information instead of answering what I eventually found was a simple solution.

      To top it all off they offered to email me a certificate for $100 to satisfy me and you guessed it, they never emailed it like they said they would. So it seems all Dell does is collect information and never does what they promise or say they will.
      "Of the People, by the people, for the people."
      Not any more in the USA.
      Now it is Of the people, by the government, for the government, big corporations, and rich.

      ITS TIME FOR THE PEOPLE TO TAKE BACK AMERICA,
      VOTE THE POLITICIANS OUT AND PUT IN GOOD PEOPLE WHO
      CAN'T BE BROUGHT BY THE BIG CORPORATIONS AND RICH.
