There is still a song in the air. And Jesus Christ is alive. He is with us, a living presence, to conquer despair, to impart hope, to forgive sins, and to take away our loneliness and reconcile us to God. "

Again Microsoft has put out software without testing it fully. IE Explorer 8 is causing problems with dial-up systems. I am getting a lot of calls about not being able to get IE Explorer to open and access the web but email works well. After uninstalling IE Explorer 8 the problem is solved.

I have maintained this site for a number of years and since I've started it, Microsoft has been putting out inferior software and pushing it on the public. Microsoft puts out software and then lets the public test it for them. That is one of the reasons you get the error message "SEND AN ERROR REPORT TO MICROSOFT". When you do, Microsoft is notified of the problems and usually by then some forum has found the solution for MS. This saves Microsoft a lot of money.

I am at the point when I set up computers now I put Office.org on these computers now instead of Microsoft Office. Office.org is a free program that does all Microsoft Office does that the average person uses and does it better and as I said is free. It is really similar to Microsoft Office and easy to use and most of all figure out how to use those features. Here is the link to it. www.openoffice.org/

As soon as Linux, Mac or Unix comes out with a more user friendly system that people can work with and troubleshoot themselves I will start installing one of them on computers instead of Microsoft. They are better systems now than Microsoft but are not easy to trouble shoot and fix when a problem arises. Hopefully one will make changes soon and solve these problems. Microsoft has done nothing but taken advantage of its users since windows. They overcharge for their software and their support is void unless you are willing to pay. Their greed has overcome their ability to put out a superior product and today there are too many free programs that do what they do for free and are superior.

I provide these pages for all to use and learn from. It takes great time to keep this site updated with the most common questions I am asked about Microsoft products. This is a free site to all. I do this because this is what God commands each of us to do, help each other and by doing so hopefully each of you will in return help others and maybe we can improve this world and replace the GREED with compassion and help for each other regardless of race or other differences. Microsoft changes their support pages often and that leaves me with a bad link.  If I find out about these links soon enough I can change the link to the new web address or as I am beginning to do; just add the information to my site and do away with links to Microsoft.
